Additionally, aluminum alloy is slightly more expensive than hot-dip galvanized steel.
 
Steel brackets boast stable performance, mature manufacturing processes, high load-bearing capacity and easy installation, making them widely used in civil, industrial solar photovoltaic systems and solar power stations. Among them, section steels are factory-produced with uniform specifications, stable performance, excellent corrosion resistance and attractive appearance. Notably, the assembled steel bracket system allows on-site installation by assembling channel steels using specially designed connectors only. It enables fast construction without welding, thus ensuring the integrity of the anti-corrosion layer. The disadvantage of this product lies in its complex connector technology and various types, which impose high requirements on manufacturing and design, resulting in a relatively high price.
